 It's okay for a beginner cage, By This review is from: Ware Manufacturing Chew Proof Rabbit Cage, 30-Inch (Misc.) This was my first cage for my bunny. It's a little small to put a litter box into so I had a section of the cage uncovered where bunny would do her business through the grate into a newspaper and cardboard covered purple metal bin (which is removable for cleaning...though not the easiest to remove). The rest of the cage was covered so her feet would be on something solid. Regular soft bedding goes through the grids on the bottom so you have to get creative....towels. It's a basic cage and I liked it for the price. I would not keep my bunny inside for longer than over night because of the size of the cage, I let my bunny out to roam during daytime where I can keep my eye on her. My biggest problem is with the purple bottom. It's not deep enough and doesn't cover/surround the edges of the cage well, so when my bunny goes in the corner of the cage the poop/urine tends to over flow quickly and get on the outside of the cage all over everything.
