I purchased the Medium Tommy 82 over the internet for my single guinea pig and have been extremely pleased with the quality and design of this product. The plastic bottom is durable, sturdy and high enough to prevent woodchips from flying out when the guinea pig gets frisky. The wire cage top is very well made. It has a little door that opens in the front and the entire top also opens and closes on a hinge. It is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. I considered getting the larger cage but am happy that I stuck with this size as it is large enough to provide room for her to move but small enough so she still feels secure. If you have two pigs you would definitely need at least the larger Tommy 120 as the 82 is really just big enough for one pig. I believe that for guinea pigs these cages are the best on the market and you will be extremely pleased with this purchase. Go with the Tommy 82 for one pig and the Tommy 120 for two.

My two young rats absolutely love this cage. Most other cages this size have bar spacing that young rats can get out through, but the bar spacing on this cage is PERFECT! Even at 8 weeks old they couldn't squeeze through. In addition, the cage is HUGE, incredibly easy to clean, and the doors are very large.... large enough that my 5 year old daughter can fit her entire torso in the cage to pick up her rats.
I can't reccommend it highly enough!

I have 2 female hamsters (panda bear) and there cages would get stinky right away. I had them in the CritterTrails cages, 3 connected together, and it would take forever to clean these cages because they have so many pieces. I love this new cage because you just unclasp the top, set the top aside, dump out the bottom tray and clean, then put back. It's real easy. I was a bit afraid that my hamsters would fit through the openings of the cage, but they don't. It's very sturdy, so even if they try to bite the cage, the wire doesn't bend like on the CritterTrails. It is very large, so my 2 hamsters have plenty of room to explore, and I even put tunnels inside the cage. I would definitely recommend for regular size hamsters.

I love this crate! I bought two for our cats. Our house is on the market and we will be moving soon. This crate affords us a safe and comfortable environment for our cats during realtor showings. It is mobile with wheels and will fit in our SUV for our final relocation. We are happy because we don't have to worry about our cats getting hurt or slipping away. Our cats appear to like the crates because they have a sense of security and comfort. I have added a litter box (full size), bedding, food bowl, water bottle, and a hammock so they have three available perches. One of our cats likes it so much he won't come out when the showings are over...he just likes to stay in there and chill...it's too cute!

I purchased this cage for my newly adopted cat, as she needed to be separated from my other two older cats. The cage has worked out beautifully, and the only suggestion I have for anyone buying this cage, is to cover the bottom, as the wire seemed to bother my cats feet. I used a piece of heavy vinyl and some fleece for the shelf which she uses as a bed. There is plenty of room for my cat, her litter box, food, and toys. It is easy to clean and the door opening makes it easy to take my cat out and put her back in. I feel that I made a very good choice, buying this cage.

I need to amend my previous review of this product due in fact to a weld that connects the wheel to the bottom of the cage that broke. The product was not packaged in a way that prevented it from becoming bent in several places thus making it hard enuff that I literally broke my thumb trying to assemble it and required emergency service on my thumb. I have no intention on paying to ship it back to the seller as I am already out enuff money from purchasing the cage plus hospital expenses and lost time from work. I feel it will be a matter of time before more or all of the welds around the wheels will break.
