This is a beautiful cage, and it gives my two guinea pigs plenty of room to run. There is a huge design flaw, however. Someone didn't realize that small animals like to go the bathroom in corners and along the edges of their cage, so when they go, urine runs through to the floor because the drip pan doesn't extend to the edges. I have to keep puppy housetraining pads under the cage so the carpet doesn't get soiled. I would not spend almost $100 on this cage again. The cage (ended up ordering from overstock .com instead) is excellent the picture makes it look alot smaller than it actually is . i am very happy with the product however this is the first time i have had an issue with an order from amazon . the cage came packed in a box that was almost too small and offerend no protection of the product , there were wires from the cage poking out through the box when it arrived and when i opened it the pan was broken and cracked , i was very dissapointed with the box quality and shipping quality. the cage is great the packaging , not so great . i would not purchase from this seller again but would def buy the cage again . |
